I purchased a flight ticket via Trip.com Group and I urgently need a proper company invoice for this booking, but I have not been able to obtain it. The booking number is 1653714778949994 and it was made yesterday evening, 24/05/2026, using the email address [email protected]. The ticket is for passenger MARKO D***, e‑ticket no. 831-9497425246, on Croatia Airlines flights: Zagreb–Athens OU300 on 23 June 2026 (Economy class), Athens–Split OU305 on 4 July 2026 (Economy class), and Split–Zagreb OU659 on 4 July 2026 (Economy class). I need an invoice issued to the following company details: KBK PLANET SPORT, 52100 PULA, CROATIA, Valdebečki put 75, OIB 12559770465. Despite checking the platform thoroughly, I could not find any clear way to contact Trip.com in writing or to request an invoice for a company. I kindly request that a proper company invoice for this booking be issued to the above-mentioned company details and sent to my email address, as soon as possible.
