Trip.com Refund Issue After ANA Flight Cancellation

My Istanbul–Tokyo flight NH220, scheduled for February 4, 2026 at 6:25 PM, was canceled due to an aircraft malfunction. After the cancellation, the airline informed me that there were no available seats on other flights the following day and that they would not be able to rebook me. As a result, I also missed my connecting flight from Tokyo to Osaka.

I purchased my ticket through Trip.com under reservation number 1638318962150662. Despite trying to contact both ANA and the relevant channels, I have not been able to effectively reach the airline. I would like to cancel my ticket and receive a refund; however, whenever I attempt to process the cancellation through the system, I receive an error message and the transaction cannot be completed.

Due to this disruption, I had to cancel my planned business meetings in Tokyo and beyond. I am experiencing serious financial and personal hardship, and I am unable to find suitable availability with another airline. I request a full, non-deducted refund for all tickets I was unable to use due to the flight cancellation and that my grievance be properly resolved.
