Trip.com Fails to Provide Corporate Invoice for $265 Hilton Stay
On December 25, 2025, I made a hotel reservation through Trip.com for a stay at the Istanbul Hilton Kozyatağı Hotel from December 26 to December 28, 2025, in the amount of $265. At the time of booking, I specifically requested a corporate invoice to be issued in my company’s name. My reservation and confirmation numbers in the Trip.com system are 1638317313574119 (reservation number) and 3391489102 (confirmation number).
When we checked into the hotel, I informed the front desk that the invoice had not been sent to my email address and requested a copy. However, since the reservation was made through Trip.com, the hotel stated that they could not issue the invoice and that I would need to contact Trip.com directly. I then attempted multiple times to reach Trip.com’s live customer service, but I was only able to interact with an automated system and could not reach a live representative. The call center appears to be nonfunctional, and I have been unable to find any responsible contact person.
Through the app, I only receive an e-receipt; however, due to my legal and accounting obligations, I urgently require an official corporate invoice issued in my company’s name. I request that Trip.com immediately issue and send my corporate invoice by email for my stay at the Hilton Kozyatağı Hotel.
