Trip.com Charged Me for Mövenpick Istanbul Stay Without Services

Between August 20 and 31, I made a reservation through Trip.com for Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea for two people, including breakfast and transportation. My reservation number is 25082005004. I paid a total of $1,496.88. However, when I checked into the hotel, I was informed that neither breakfast nor transportation was included, and they claimed that these services did not appear in my booking details. As a result, I ended up overpaying by around $350 and was unable to benefit from these services. Despite raising the issue with Trip.com via live support, I have received no response. I kindly request either the missing services to be provided or a refund for the breakfast and transportation fees I could not use. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
