I Paid for Breakfast on Hotels.com but Hotel Said It Wasn’t Included

On May 8, 2025, I made a reservation through Hotels.com for Ottomans Life Hotel Deluxe, with breakfast included, as clearly stated in the booking confirmation. My itinerary number is 73101729880253. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find out that the reservation did not show breakfast included on their end.

Because of this, I had to pay ₺2,924 extra directly to the hotel, and on top of that, I had already paid ₺1,200 more on Hotels.com for the breakfast-included rate. In total, I ended up paying ₺4,124 more than I should have, all due to an error in how Hotels.com transmitted or handled my booking.

This is completely unacceptable. I expect Hotels.com to review my reservation details, recognize the overcharge, and issue a full refund of the excess amount I was forced to pay. I booked in good faith and followed all procedures. I should not have to bear the cost of your system’s miscommunication with the hotel. Fix this now and refund what I’m rightfully owed.
