rip.com Took Payment but Didn’t Issue My Kuala Lumpur–Siem Reap Ticket

Today, I purchased a plane ticket on Trip.com for my friend on the Kuala Lumpur (KUL) – Siem Reap (REP) route. Even though the payment was successfully charged to my Garanti Bank credit card and currently appears as a pending transaction, there is no reservation information, ticket details, PNR, or booking number visible on Trip.com or in my email. The only proof I have is a screenshot taken at the time of payment.
This ticket was purchased urgently to help my friend, who is stranded at the airport in Malaysia, and despite having experienced a similar problem before, I have once again been left without support due to Trip.com’s lack of customer service. Even though the payment was taken, the failure to generate a ticket or reservation has caused both wasted time and serious inconvenience.
Therefore, if possible, I request that the ticket be issued immediately at the same price and that all reservation details be sent to me. If the booking cannot be completed, then I ask that the full payment—including the pending authorization—be refunded immediately and in full. I expect an urgent response, given the seriousness of the situation and the inconvenience I have experienced.
