I checked into Armada Resort Side Manavgat Hotel on June 28 and paid a total of $1,416. I am still staying at the hotel and have five days left. However, from the very first day, I have experienced serious service issues. The staff are generally indifferent and unhelpful in every matter. The hotel is operating far beyond its guest capacity, yet there is only one pool, and finding a sunbed is nearly impossible. In addition, the pool is poorly maintained, and there are major hygiene problems. The SPA staff are also inattentive and unwilling to help. It is also unacceptable that facilities like the Turkish bath and sauna are not offered free of charge to hotel guests.
I reported all these issues to the hotel management, and they told me they would get back to me, but I have not received any response. My reservation number is 107712.
Due to all these problems, I am requesting a refund of the amount I paid and expect my grievance to be resolved.
