TripAdvisor Didn’t Help After the Hotel Gave Us an Unusable Room

On August 20, we traveled from Antakya to Marmaris after making a family room reservation for 2 adults and 4 children ov...er the phone through Jolly Tour. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a small room with only two beds. When I informed the reception, they said they could “open an extra bed
