Trenyol Prioritize Sellers Over Customers, Late Deliveries Are Ordinary

I ordered a product from Bershka on Trendyol on July 8th. Despite understanding the initial delay until July 20th due to their busy schedule, the order has still not been prepared or shipped. I've been in constant contact with both Trendyol and Bershka, requesting a cancellation, but they've been unresponsive and unhelpful. It's unacceptable that an order placed over 20 days ago is still in limbo. Their refusal to cancel my order, even after multiple requests, is a clear disregard for my consumer rights. This is the second time I've faced this issue on Trendyol. It's evident that they prioritize sellers over customers.
