Trendyol Delayed My Shoe Order for 3 Months and Then Told Me to Cancel It

I placed an order for shoes from Trendyol (Show Showcase seller) on November 15, 2024. It was stated that the order would be shipped within two days, meaning it would be sent out by November 18, 2024. However, for nearly three months, the seller has not responded. When I contacted Trendyol, I was told to wait. After being made to wait for three months, I reached out again today, only to be told to cancel the order. Despite the product being shown as in stock, available for ordering, and marked as preparing, it was never shipped. I was left waiting for three months, and now they are asking me to cancel. When I ask about my grievance, I’m told there is nothing they can do. Trendyol no longer values its customers as it used to.
