Trendyol GO Delivery Refund Rejected


On January 12, 2024, I ordered a full chicken sandwich from TrendyolGO, but the Trendyol GO courier delivered only half of it. Despite informing the courier that the order was for a full sandwich, he insisted on contacting the store, suggesting they might offer a refund or send an additional item. I reached out to Trendyol's customer support, sharing a visual of the incomplete order for everyone to see. However, Sebile from Trendyol's Call Center responded with an absurd explanation, stating that they couldn't process a refund because the store required a clear visual of the product. It's a mockery, making excuses to the customer and not holding the store accountable. A disappointing state of affairs for my country!
