Trendyol GO Delivery Refund Rejected





On March 21, 2024, through Trendyol GO, I placed an order (#9124356730) for bananas and chicken breast from Acıbadem Sadık Hypermarket. As you'll see in the images, an unidentified product arrived, with no visible brand, no expiration date, and half of its label missing. Moments after delivery, I requested a return via Trendyol Assistant, only to receive a notification of rejection about an hour later. When I contacted Live Support, I was informed that the store rejected the request, and Trendyol teams were investigating. Since then, silence.
Now, tell me, do you find your money on the street? I ordered expecting branded goods, yet I received something unidentifiable, which I neither wanted nor paid for, yet I'm forced to pay. Living in a place where neither law nor business ethics seem to exist is exhausting. If I could have left the house when I placed the order, I would have emptied the product in the middle of the store upon return. There's no logic or trust left in ordering online. From now on, neither I nor my family will use Trendyol GO. Shame on you for whatever you gained from us until now!
