Trendyol Sold Me a Fake Heat-Resistant Product and Charged Extra for Shipping

I bought a product from "Merkez Ambalaj" through Trendyol, anticipating it to be of great quality and heat-resistant, as described. Unfortunately, what I received was bogus and did not fit the description at all. On top of that, I was charged an extra shipping fee that was not disclosed beforehand. When I attempted to make a complaint, Trendyol refused to assist me, claiming that because I used the word s***," they would not address my concern. The counterfeit product I received is not heat or microwave-resistant, as advertised, and it is hazardous, with plastic transferring into meals when heated. This entire situation has left me feeling completely disappointed by both the vendor and Trendyol's refusal to settle the issue.
