Fake Invoice Issue from Trendyol Purchase

I purchased a product from Trendyol, only to discover that the invoice they provided was counterfeit. Even after repeatedly asking Trendyol for a proper invoice, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. Instead, I keep receiving the same inaccurate invoice. In addition, I've had no luck getting in touch with the seller, birnumara.com, whether it's by phone or through their website.

In my opinion, birnumara.com is not a reliable online shopping site and I would not recommend using it. To sum it up, both Trendyol and birnumara.com have failed to address our problem.
