I purchased an iPhone 13 from Trendyol, and the phone arrived on December 9. Although the phone was in the box, the packaging was very careless. Upon opening the box, I noticed a one-centimeter scratch on the back of the phone. I reported the issue to Trendyol and requested a replacement or refund. They generated a return code and picked up the product from me on December 11. Despite using Trendyol Express, there was a significant delay, and they only got back to me on December 19, nine days later. They claimed that since the brand is Apple, they couldn’t process the return or replacement, citing Apple's need for personal information, and said they would return the phone to me. They explained that I needed to send the phone to Apple, wait for a report, and then send it back to Trendyol to process the return or replacement. This is something they could have informed me of when I first requested a return. I have been waiting for 15 days without a phone. They took my money, and I still don’t have the phone. Now I have to wait another month for the whole process. How am I supposed to manage without a phone for a month? The brand-new product has been moving from one place to another due to the courier company, and Trendyol has failed to stand behind the defective product they sold, leaving me completely dissatisfied.
