I bought an iPhone 15 Pro from Trendyol's store. Upon receiving the package, I eagerly unpacked it and meticulously documented each step. However, much to my disappointment, the device failed to power on when I attempted to switch it on. Upon plugging it in to charge, I stumbled upon instructions to reinstall iOS as a result of an enigmatic problem. After investigating, I found out that the phone was previously owned and locked with another person's email. The customer service representative instructed me to send pictures through Trendyol Assistant and get a report from an authorized service confirming that the item is eligible for return or exchange. The Apple Store has refuted the report, asserting that it is only released in the event of an issue. Even though I made it clear that the device was brand new, Trendyol insisted on either sending it for analysis or providing a standard return code. Now, I find myself dealing with the inconvenience of returns, all the while my money is losing its worth. Trendyol's sale tactics and lackluster customer service contribute to a frustrating experience with the iPhone purchase. If this issue isn't resolved, I'll be taking it to the Consumer Arbitration Board.

After my objections and pressure, Trendyol decided to issue a refund following their review and analysis. After speaking with different customer representatives who mentioned various situations every day, the last representative I spoke with said that no action had been taken until that day, but that they had made an instant notification. The next day, my complaint was resolved.
