Trendyol Refused to Replace My Damaged iPhone 16 Pro Max Despite Warranty

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB via Trendyol on 03.12.2024. I paid exactly ₺113,000 for it. I opened the phone the day it arrived from the cargo and saw that there was a crack in the upper right corner. I created a return code the same day and sent it back. I also sent the videos and photos I took while opening the box to Trendyol via the Trendyol assistant. The answer they gave me was: "We examined the product and photos. Yes, there is a crack on it, but in order for it to be replaced, you need to get a report from the iPhone service stating that it can be replaced." They sent the product back to me a second time. I sent the phone to the iPhone service and requested this report. The iPhone service replied: "We do not have the authority to issue such a report. This is a process that the seller should do. They are driving you crazy. You already have the videos and photos. They have examined and seen it themselves. They are making you work so that you do not make a replacement." I forwarded this answer to Trendyol again. They have been bothering me for 1 month by saying this is how it works, this is the procedure. While it was available in other stores at more affordable prices, I specifically chose the Seller Trendyol store from the Trendyol website, which is a corporate company, but in vain. They make it difficult to change the phone. They are tiring me out so much for a phone that I haven't even put a SIM card in, that I haven't even installed an operating system on. I have no trust left in Trendyol. If they do this to their own store customers, what can they do to others? Trendyol has found the easy way out. I never recommend it. We experienced how wrong it is to trust the seller Trendyol, which is very expensive.
