If you face a problem with a product bought from Trendyol, prepare for a challenging resolution process. Dealing with an issue regarding an item was quite frustrating, and getting in touch with customer service felt like a daunting task. Their lack of assistance and failure to provide a solution made the whole experience feel frustrating and unproductive. The app adds to the frustration by not indicating which shipping company each seller utilises, making it extremely challenging to handle delivery problems efficiently. This absence of clarity and inadequate support has truly been disappointing for me. I wouldn't suggest shopping with Trendyol again unless you happen to get an item without any issues. I definitely won't be taking that chance again.
