Trendyol GO Didn’t Send My Order or Refund My Money and Gave No Real Solution

I recently made a purchase through Trendyol GO, and the entire experience has left me beyond dissatisfied. After placing my order, I waited for three days, and they still hadn’t sent my product. When I reached out to ask why, they simply told me there was nothing they could do and offered to cancel it instead. However, when I agreed to the cancellation, they rejected it! Now, I’m stuck with no product and no refund. To make matters worse, their customer service gives vague, unhelpful responses like, “You can give us a low rating if you want.” It feels like they are holding on to my money while refusing to deliver what I paid for, which makes this experience even more upsetting. I expect much better from such a well-known platform.
