Trendyol Undelivered My Philips Vacuum Order


I purchased a Philips vacuum cleaner from Trendyol for ₺10,000, but it has not been shipped since March 23rd. I reached out to the seller, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response yet. Trendyol's customer service is not very responsive. I'm thinking about submitting a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I kindly request the prompt delivery of the product. I am extremely dissatisfied with Trendyol's attitude and I believe they need to prioritize customer service more effectively.
