Trendyol Seller Returned My Order Without Delivering or Giving Any Explanation

I placed an order for a product from Trendyol as a gift for a friend, looking forward to its prompt delivery. Surprisingly, the seller started a return process even before the product was dispatched for delivery. No explanation was provided for why this occurred. It would have made sense if the delivery service had tried to deliver it and found no one home, but that simply wasn’t what happened. The seller unexpectedly asked for a return without my approval, even though the product was meant to be delivered. This led to avoidable hassle and misunderstanding. The delivery service used was Sendeo Cargo, with tracking number 9011359287. I trust that Trendyol will resolve this matter quickly and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
