I purchased a dress from the seller Kikiriki on Trendyol. The item was never opened or used, and I returned it immediately. However, the seller rejected my return twice with the excuse that it was “not suitable for resale” and sent the product back to me.I reported this issue to Trendyol Customer Service three times, but no solution was provided. It is unacceptable that Trendyol allows such fraudulent sellers like Kikiriki to operate and leaves customers unprotected. It is clear that this seller has made a habit of rejecting legitimate returns in order to keep customers’ money, which is a direct violation of consumer rights. I kindly request a full refund and that strict action be taken against this seller to prevent them from continuing this unfair practice and harming other customers.
