When I bought something electronic from Trendyol and it came broken, I started the return process right away. That being said, my request was turned down because the offering was "incomplete." Since I sent the item back exactly the way I got it, either they're not telling the truth or Trendyol Express lost the item while sending it. I've tried to get in touch with Trendyol and their shipping business several times, but all I get are vague answers and nothing happens. They say there's nothing they can do, which is not okay. I feel trapped and ignored. I'm going to take this to higher levels of government and file charges with CћMER and Consumer Rights.
