Trendyol Rejected My Return Claiming Missing Parts on a Faulty Electronic Item

When I bought something electronic from Trendyol and it came broken, I started the return process right away. That being said, my request was turned down because the offering was "incomplete." Since I sent the item back exactly the way I got it, either they're not telling the truth or Trendyol Express lost the item while sending it. I've tried to get in touch with Trendyol and their shipping business several times, but all I get are vague answers and nothing happens. They say there's nothing they can do, which is not okay. I feel trapped and ignored. I'm going to take this to higher levels of government and file charges with CћMER and Consumer Rights. I feel bad that I was treated badly even though I did everything right.

The seller called me and said that the product could not be returned just because the handle was missing, and sent the product back to me. The returned product only has the mop head, this is unbelievable. The product has no heads, no water container, no funnel, no handle, and no body. They also sent a scratched head as the mop head. They reduced the product themselves and sent a different used head as if mocking me.
