Trendyol Approved a Broken Return of My Hair Accessory and Denied Payment


I sold a women’s hair accessory on Trendyol and shipped it completely intact and without any missing parts. However, when the item was returned to me via PTT Cargo, the packaging was incomplete and the product was broken. Immediately after receiving it, I contacted Trendyol customer service and requested that the return be rejected. Despite my objection, the sale was approved without any notification, and the product fee was not deposited into my account. Additionally, the shipping costs were deducted from my account. My order number is 10481154000. This incident occurred two days ago and my grievance is still ongoing. Since there is no warranty or seller protection for the product, I am left at a loss. Even though I shipped the product intact, it was returned broken and with incomplete packaging, and my objection was ignored while the sale was approved and my payment withheld. I demand that the product fee and the deducted shipping charges be paid to me.
There is no progress at all, a waste of time and money. I have the broken product that was returned to me and the shipping fees.
