Trendyol Ignored Court Decision on Incomplete Order
Even though I told them that the order I placed through Trendyol.com was incomplete, no one cared. My order was incomplete, and they did not support me. I used my legal right to take them to court and won the case as a result of the Arbitration Committee's decision. Even though the decision was made on 04/05/2023, they have not respected it, despite my applying to them three times. I reported the issue via live support for the last time, but no action was taken. I will be taking them to court on Monday with this decision document and legal interest through a lawyer, and they will owe a large sum of money. After reading many comments, I saw that they did this on purpose. I will report to the Ministry of Commerce that they did not comply with decisions and acted irregularly. Trendyol has really lost its respect.
