Trendyol Closed My Account After 14 Years and Didn’t Process My Defective Return
I’ve been shopping with Trendyol since 2010, but they just closed my account out of the blue. After 14 years of being a loyal customer, this is how they treat me. On top of everything, my latest order was messed up, and they shut down my account before I could send back the broken item. It seems like my trust in this platform has been totally overlooked, and now I'm stuck without a way to fix the problem with the faulty product. It's very disappointing that after all this time, I'm still being treated this way, and my problem hasn't been fixed. I thought this company, which I've backed for a long time, would do better. Trendyol, I'm let down by this.
