Trendyol Philps Ep 5443 Coffee Machine Order Not Delivered

The product order page, with an estimated shipping date of April 5th for the order placed from Trendyol, still appears as "Preparing" on the order page. Thanks to Trendyol customer support, they do nothing for the solution but give answers such as "There is no limit on waiting time, you will receive it whenever the company sends it." They want me to cancel the product I bought on the Trendyol website because it was discounted and buy it again without a discount, but why should I lose my discount on the site I prefer just because there is a discount? If necessary, I request the product to be procured from a different seller at the same price.
