For 2 Months Without A Refund Or Product – Trendyol Failed Me

On March 17, I placed an order on Trendyol with the order number 10074926965, and I received it on March 24. Upon checking the package, I realized that the seller, Bargello, had sent an incomplete product. So, I submitted a return request on Tuesday, March 25. On March 27, I was informed that a replacement package would be sent due to the issue. To avoid further hassle, I agreed. Around March 29, the replacement package was delivered to the pickup point named Pamir Büfe. However, receiving the package turned into a complete nightmare. The first time I went, I was told, “The system is down, try again in a few hours.” When I returned later, they said, “Not today, try tomorrow.” This continued for days. I was constantly delayed and misinformed. Neither the pickup point nor Trendyol offered any real help. I contacted customer service and asked them to redirect the package to a different address, explaining the situation in detail. Still, they refused, saying, “That’s not how the process works.” Eventually, I was told that if I didn't receive the package, I could initiate a return. I agreed since I couldn't receive the product anyway. The package was marked as returned on April 6 and delivered back to the seller on April 10. But I received no updates or confirmation regarding my refund. On April 12, I spoke to customer service again. They created a new support ticket and told me that the refund would start after the seller reviewed the return. Today is April 21, and the ticket still hasn’t been resolved. Every time I check the system, it says, “Will be resolved in 8 hours,” yet nothing changes. Today I even received an email stating that a new replacement package was sent again by the seller — as if the whole issue had never happened. In the end, I received neither the product nor my money back. The pickup point, customer service, and the resolution team have all failed to assist. As of today, it has been 38 days without a proper solution. It is extremely disappointing to experience such poor service from a platform as large as Trendyol. I demand that my issue be resolved immediately.
