Trendyol Express Broke My Product During Transportation

TRENDYOL EXPRES damaged my product during transportation. On July 19, 2024, I delivered my product that I sold through the Dolap app to Trendyol Express from Istanbul. However, this company damaged my product during transportation. I've been trying to reach them for 15 days and they haven't responded. According to the law, if the cargo company damages your product, the seller is responsible for the damage. TRENDYOL EXPRES, DOLAP.COM, and TRENDYOL.COM do not follow the law. My loss is 3,400 TL, and Trendyol Expres, Dolap.com, and Trendyol.com are legally obligated to compensate me for it.
On July 20th, Trendyol Express and Dolap officials damaged and lost my product during transportation. I am curious about what you haven't been able to resolve in 35 days. I assume you are working on a criminal case because people solve criminal cases in this amount of time. However, my trust in you is endless, and I am sure that you will clarify this case soon because there is no team as brilliant as yours anywhere.
