Trendyol Did Not Refund Me After My Roll On Order Was Lost in Transit
I ordered 2 roll-on products through Trendyol. The shipment was supposed to be delivered by Sürat Kargo to the Başiskele/Kocaeli distribution center, but it got lost at the Sakarya transfer branch. In this case, Trendyol is obligated to issue a refund, but they keep stalling by saying “wait 3 business days” over and over again. No solution has been provided by either Trendyol or Sürat Kargo, and I’m filing a complaint against both companies.
