I purchased three packs of 750ml Palmolive shower gels from the seller "Kişisel Bakım Merkezi" on Trendyol. The shipping package was haphazardly filled and got damaged during transit, resulting in one of the products being missing. When I contacted Trendyol customer service, they asked me to inform the seller about the situation. I did so, and the seller shipped the product on the same day. However, instead of the expected 750ml, they sent a 500ml bottle. When I informed the seller again, their response was simply, "You can return the product." In a previous order, amounting to ₺700, discounted items were canceled due to damage during shipping. Despite informing the seller that I would have to purchase the same items for the third time and wouldn't be able to benefit from the discounts, they responded with promises of better packaging this time. But why didn't they do it right from the start? Moreover, Trendyol did not publish my reviews of the product, citing irrelevant visual reasons.
