Trendyol Order Still In Transit - Not Delivered
On October 10, I placed an order on Trendyol from the seller Sanipak for a 48-pack of Silen brand paper towels (#10583219915). Since that date, my order has been showing as “in transit,” but the shipment tracking page has never opened, so I cannot track it, and the product has not reached me. The product cost ₺639.90 and was supposed to be delivered to my address. I paid with my debit card, and the amount was deducted from my account. I reported the issue to Trendyol, and a support request was opened, but I only received a response stating that it was “under review.” Despite requesting a refund, I was called to confirm whether the product had arrived; since I couldn’t answer the call, I reported it again via live chat, where another support request was opened, and I was told to wait another week. I’ve experienced delays before, but never this long. I expected Trendyol to recognize its mistake and issue a refund promptly. I now believe my money is being held unnecessarily. I request that my order be delivered immediately or that my payment be refunded as soon as possible.
