Trendyol Delivers Wrong Size Cups (6.5 oz Instead of 7 oz)

I purchased 3000 cardboard cups, each 7 oz in size, from Trendyol. However, the delivered cups were only 6.5 oz. I bought these cups for use in commercial coffee machines, and now my machines are unable to operate without the proper cups, causing financial loss. Despite my complaints, Trendyol has shown no concern and hasn't even provided an invoice. I'm unable to return the product, and despite the unavailability of the correct size, they continue to sell it. Additionally, my product review was not published. I am deeply dissatisfied with Trendyol and its supplier.
