Trendyol Customer Service Failed to Fix Shipping Problem

Hello Trendyol,

On May 23, 2023, I returned my order due to a sizing issue. Later, I was instructed to resend the item with a different barcode. However, upon opening the package, I found a completely different item inside. When I contacted customer service, they informed me of a cross-shipment and requested me to resend the product. I complied with their request. However, despite months passing and numerous attempts to contact customer service and create 6-7 requests, I have not received any resolution. I escalated the issue by emailing your corporate address, but I haven't received any response. I fail to understand why a corporate company like yours is causing me so much distress.
