Trendyol Charges All Losses to the Seller




We sell on the Trendyol marketplace. Our product was returned to us because it was damaged during shipping. We sent 5 kg X 3 teas, totaling 15 kg, but only 5 kg X 2 plus 1.15 kg, a total of 11.15 kg, was returned. Despite providing all the necessary evidence and documentation, our compensation request for the destroyed product was rejected without any explanation. Trendyol merely watches and blames the seller for all the damage. When you call the support line, everyone passes the responsibility to someone else and applies a harassment policy. I do not recommend selling on Trendyol to anyone.
