Trendyol Seller Didn't Send My Invoice, Trendyol Refuses to Solve the Issue

I purchased a product through Trendyol, but the seller did not provide an invoice. I requested the invoice but received no response. When I contacted Trendyol, they told me that if the seller didn’t send it, there was nothing they could do. However, as a marketplace, Trendyol should ensure that sellers comply with legal obligations. Not issuing an invoice is against consumer rights, and Trendyol should intervene. I trusted Trendyol when making my purchase, but they are not taking responsibility. My point of contact should be Trendyol, not the seller. They should resolve this issue, yet they are not providing any solution. If they allow sellers to operate on their platform, they should also enforce proper business practices.
