Trendyol Made Me Feel Guilty for the Sellers Mistake and Gave No Real Support

Trendyol is an unresponsive online shopping platform. It operates entirely in favor of the sellers. They brush off the situation by saying things like “the seller might have made a mistake, written something wrong, or given an incorrect response,” and you end up feeling like you're the one at fault just because you shopped there. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they only repeated the same scripted responses without offering any real solution. Whether a missing item will be sent or a wrong item will be exchanged is entirely up to the seller’s discretion. This makes the shopping experience unreliable and frustrating for the customer. For this reason, I will cancel my membership.
