Trendyol Sent Me the Wrong Dog Food, Only 1 Instead of 2 but Denied the Issue

I placed an order on Trendyol with delivery number 9271657104 for two units of "Quinoa Duck and Broccoli Medium and Large Breed Adult Sterilized Dog Food 2.5 kg pett8010276040169, One Size." However, I received only one unit, and it was for small breeds instead of medium and large breeds. I reported the issue to customer support and returned the incorrect product, but today I received an email stating that they reviewed the process and found no issue. Despite sharing photos clearly showing that the product sent was for small breeds, they still claim there was no mistake. Not only was the product incorrect, but I also received only one item instead of two. I request a full refund for both units as I originally paid. I have been shopping on Trendyol for a long time and have never experienced such nonsense. I will not drop this issue until it is resolved and will exercise all my legal rights to the fullest.
