On July 6, 2024, I purchased an Apple Watch Series 9 for 13,899 TL from the seller "Satürn Teknolojik Ürünler Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi" on trendyol.com, with order number 9341391162. Afterwards, I was called from the phone number 0533******01 (image attached), saying that I bought an Apple Watch Series 9 from their company, but it wasn't in stock, and asked me to either cancel the order or wait 18-20 days. I said I couldn't cancel because the product I bought had increased by 1,500 TL. They said, "We called so as not to inconvenience you," and hung up. Later, they shipped the product. When I opened the product I received from the cargo, as can be seen from the image below, I realized they had sent an unrelated product just so the order wouldn't be cancelled and I would return it, so I immediately returned it. I reported the situation to Trendyol live support. However, not only did they not help me, but they also cut the connection saying I was wasting their time. I was very surprised that Trendyol didn't help. Due to this situation, I bought the new watch for 15,462 TL, as can be seen from the image below, and lost 1,563 TL. Also, due to the Maximum credit card campaign, I lost the 1,000 TL point gift given for making a total of 15,000 TL in purchases. So, I'm at a total loss of 2,563 TL. I want this loss to be compensated.
