I Cannot Change My Email Without Losing My Order History on Trendyol

I cannot change my email without losing my order history, and the system simply does not work. I can’t access my invoices through my old email either. This has become a serious issue, especially since I need the invoices for warranty and return purposes. I’ve contacted Trendyol help center multiple times, but their suggestions are completely ineffective. It feels like no one is actually reading my messages or trying to understand the problem. Something as basic as updating an email address should be easy, yet it remains unresolved. Trendyol has made this process unnecessarily difficult, and I feel like I’m wasting both my time and money with them.
