Please respond to Trendyol regarding the reopening of my closed Trendyol account or my invoice request. There has been no response or callback for days. I just want to access the invoice for the Apple product I bought 3 years ago—why is it so difficult? It's like I'm asking for an invoice from 10 years ago.
