Trendyol Won’t Reopen My Account or Provide Invoice for My Apple Purchase

Please respond to Trendyol regarding the reopening of my closed Trendyol account or my invoice request. There has been no response or callback for days. I just want to access the invoice for the Apple product I bought 3 years ago—why is it so difficult? It's like I'm asking for an invoice from 10 years ago. Between my closed Trendyol account and my current one, the only difference is my email address. All my other information is exactly the same and belongs to me. My email addresses are even very similar—one is Hotmail, the other is Gmail. I’m the same person! Please have Trendyol assist with this issue. If not, I will proceed with filing complaints through Consumer Rights and other legal remedies. I will emphasize how, while using Trendyol’s mobile app to purchase from a trustworthy e-commerce platform, I was left without support after using the Prepaid option for a purchase from a major brand like Apple.
