Trendyol Seller Panel Locked Down Due to Email Change
Hello, I previously applied to be a Trendyol seller, but since I continued trading with my partner, I only applied and don't have the current ID and seller ID. Now, I want to continue independently and retrieve my Trendyol panel. It's been a while, and I don't remember my email address or my phone number has changed. When I contacted Trendyol seller support, they said I could regain panel access by sharing only my new information through a notarized letter. I sent the letter on February 20, 2024. On February 21, 2024, the support team responded that there was no registered business for the email address I wanted to reset the password for. After three more conversations with the seller support team, where each promised action and follow-up, I received no response. The last representative stated that no action would be taken without the old email address. I request to be informed whether the necessary correction will be made.
