I made a purchase on Trendyol with order number 9202650745 back on April 30, 2024. It's been 11 days now, but the order is still in the preparation stage. Unfortunately, the customer service team hasn't been able to give me the information and assistance I need. The company representative is not getting back to messages. Customer service has promised to refund the fee, but we're having trouble getting a response when we inquire about who will cover the cost of the 11-day use and the price difference now that the sales price has gone up. So, to sum it up, we provided our customer with a price and now we're just waiting. We feel secure in our shopping experience with Trendyol. Unfortunately, this has led to a climate of suspicion.
