Trendyol Canceled My Discounted Order Even Though My Product Was Still in Stock
My Trendyol order numbered 9379893852, which I placed on Trendyol on 21.04.2025, was automatically canceled on 25.04.2025. When I spoke with a Trendyol customer representative about the issue, they told me that my order was canceled because the item was out of stock. However, when I checked, I saw that the size I ordered was still available. This situation naturally raises doubts about the transparency of the process. I chose to shop during the campaign specifically because of the discounted price offered. As far as I understand, my order was canceled because they did not want to sell the item at the discounted price I paid. I am waiting for a solution to this issue.
