Redmi Watch 3 Water Resistant Failed - Trendyol Ignored Warranty Decision
On January 14, 2024, I purchased a Redmi Watch 3 smartwatch from Trendyol. Although the product is supposed to be water-resistant, it malfunctioned, and I sent it for warranty repair in June 2025. However, the warranty service rejected my request, claiming user error and liquid damage. I then filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, which ruled in my favor and decided that the product should be replaced with a new one. I informed Trendyol of this decision, but they said they could not help due to a lack of stock. I have both the invoice and the warranty certificate, and my order number is 8073738514. I have contacted customer service about four times and received the same response each time. Since my issue has not been resolved despite a court ruling, I will have to initiate enforcement proceedings for the ₺2500 product. I request that my legal right be fulfilled by either replacing the product or refunding its cost as soon as possible.
