PTT Courier Insulted and Humiliated Me During Trendyol Delivery

I am writing to report the extremely disrespectful behaviour of a PTT courier during a recent delivery to my address in Istanbul, Gaziosmanpaşa, Karlıtepe, Yahyagalipbey Caddesi 50–54, No: *. The incident happened yesterday, during the delivery of my Trendyol order with number 10849589431. The courier, whose phone number is 0312 9** 1* 88, behaved in a very rude and aggressive manner. Because I do not speak Turkish, he started to mock and humiliate me, raised his voice, and used swear words and offensive slang expressions. Being treated this way as a customer and being insulted just because I do not know the local language is completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. I request that the necessary disciplinary action be taken against this courier and that PTT, as the responsible cargo company, be formally warned about this behaviour so that similar incidents do not happen again. I also kindly ask to be informed about the result of your investigation and the steps taken regarding this matter.
