Primo Plus Standing Fan Arrived Damaged and Defective

I ordered a Primo Plus standing fan with delivery number 10977224161. When the package arrived, I saw that the box was already opened, torn and damaged. As soon as I took the product out and tried to assemble it, it became clear that the stand was not straight and the parts could not be fixed securely, so the fan cannot be installed and used properly. The material quality of the fan is extremely poor and cheap, and it does not meet the quality I reasonably expected when ordering. Because of this, I do not feel safe using it and I am not satisfied with the product at all. The problems with the torn box and the crooked stand can also be clearly seen in the photos I have added. However, I now see that there is no return option defined for this order. I request that this problematic and low‑quality fan be taken back and that I receive a full refund for my order, as I do not want to keep or use this product.
