Frustrated with Trendyol! Navigold DS 980 Defective, Lied About Inspection




I purchased a Navigold DS 980 from Trendyol's electronic store with order number 2104282282, relying on Trendyol's customer protection policy. When I reported a defect, I was told to send the product back to the seller instead of being covered under warranty. Despite explaining to the Trendyol team that the box was missing due to assembly, they insisted I send the product for analysis. Even though I provided video and photo evidence upon shipping, the seller rejected the return, claiming the absence of the original box. When I contacted the company, they admitted to not even inspecting the product, stating there was no original box. Upon receiving the product, I found it shattered, with the screen detached, the frame broken, and the adhesive peeling off. Despite notifying Trendyol with photo evidence, their response was dismissive, suggesting I resend the item to the seller for reevaluation, with no guarantee of resolution. When I insisted on legal action, Trendyol simply stated, "The decision is yours. Our processes may not align with your request." Unlike other companies, Trendyol shows no remorse or commitment to resolving my issue. I will pursue my rights on social media and in court to prevent others from enduring similar mistreatment by Trendyol.
