I Report Trendyol Sent Me a Damaged Fan and Rejected Return


Hello, I bought a fan from Trendyol with the order number 10290307180. The cargo left it downstairs because there is no elevator in my house. When I opened the cargo, I saw that the parts of the product were scattered and the box was damaged. I took photos and returned the product. Although the sales contract states that I have a 14-day right of withdrawal as long as there is no food or drink, the company sent it back to me saying that the product was used. Trendyol does not offer a solution because it is the seller's fault. Even though I returned it a second time, it is being sent to me again. The product I bought cost ₺4500 and I am the victim here. I received an open product, but they are trying to force the product to me. Of course, I will use my legal rights. However, I really do not understand why a product I bought trusting Trendyol is being forced to be sent to me like this and there is no solution. Instead of buying from a different address, I bought it because Trendyol is reliable, but I have no contact. It is a shame, you lost Trendyol. I will share this bad shopping experience everywhere.
