Trendyol Seller Kozmetik101 Sold Me a Fake Loreal Mascara That Infected My Eye

I ordered a L’Oreal Paris mascara from the seller Kozmetik101 on Trendyol. They sold a counterfeit product. I requested an invoice from the seller to present to the Consumer Court. The product has since been removed, and Trendyol customer service just said, "Sure, you’re right." My eye became infected. Their product tracking system doesn’t work. In the photos I’ve shared, you can compare the original product to the plastic they sent. I’d appreciate it if you could take a close look at my eye as well. Health shouldn’t be compromised, and if you’re doing so, at least offer an apology.
